The Upbeat Players - Raising Money for 'Keeping Abreast'

The Upbeat Players are a group of musicians who have performed to together for several years led by Jaya Shackleton.  They perform a varied set of classical and folk music.  Together, they comprise of musicians who play the piano, recorder and strings.

They have played to raise money in support of numerous charity initiatives for breast cancer over a number of years.  They play regularly for Busking for Boobs, and over the course of a few years have raised £2000 for the Keeping Abreast charity.  They also play in support of the NNUH's Environmental Arts organisation.
